About me...well I am currently in my late twenties..and I feel 30 creepin up on me quickly. The above picture is one of my favorites from this summer that doesn't have a beer pong table set up in the back ground, or me holdin a stiff drink in my hand.
I was born in Dothan, Alabama, on my dads birthday no less! Yay for same day birthdays :) We stayed there about a year and then moved to the best damn lake house eva in Chapin, South Carolina...then sadly moved back to this small town where my parents were raised so that I could start school. My parents divorced soon after, but that was probably for the best, because my mom did a hell of a job raising us! Growing up was always fun, we lived on a farm out in the sticks, fished at the creek that ran along the back of our property, had campfires and cookouts with friends. High school was a blast...would I go back...um hell to the no...I'm ready to live life and see where it takes me!
My mother lost her battle with cancer the year after I graduated high school, after her third time of it showing back up. She was a fighter and she raised two wonderful kids in my opinion :) My brother is two years younger than me, he is my best friend...may not want the world to know, but I would do anything for him.
I currently work for a county job in the great Northwest Georgia mountains, I love it, I love the insurance more...but not the amount they take out of my paycheck.
I love to read, Harry Potter is my absolute FAV, Mr. Sparks comes in a close 2nd. I love to fish, drink wine (my dad is the best winemaker in my opinion though!), and hang with my friends by a fire. I happen to play a mean game of beer pong, have I mentioned that before??? hahaha, I'm pretty good at darts and pool also...hence hanging with dad a few weeks a year at the local bars growing up, I love the colors purple and green, and you can't forget those GEORGIA BULLDOGS!! Sic' em!!
Hopefully, I'll stick to this blog as a creative outlet, my brain needs more stimulating...and this job ain't cuttin it....
